An exceptional HK movie that deserves support. The director and producer have created an incredibly tender story out of such inhumane real events. The scene on the rooftop depicting the awful treatment of the elderlies was shot with such grace and the cinematography was beautiful. All the young actors and actresses were brilliant, but hats off to all the veteran actors and actresses…姜大偉，胡楓，鮑姐，吳浣儀，寶佩如，陳湛文 and 林保怡, for without them, the movie would not be as impactful as it is.
I’ve seen the movie twice now, the second time was even better than the first time. Great to see a real mix of ages in the cinema too, old and young. Many memorable quotes triggering reflections on how society treats our elderlies, the mentally challenged, the forgotten ones. As one of the main characters said, sometimes what goes around doesn’t always come around, but choosing kindness and seeking the truth is what matters ..“never apologise for doing the right thing.”
The bravery of the director, the crew and the sponsors in bringing this move to life gives us hope that Hong Kong movies can still shine in such challenging times.
當年睇蘋果日報極之震撼天台沖涼，人老左毫無尊嚴，性侵應是另一間院，電影拍得合格有餘中上水平
估唔到有驚喜。以為係嗰啲講法治必勝嘅垃圾片，點知最後發覺原來係林保怡先係主角。
嗰啲爭取公義冇乜好講，因為呢嗰地方都冇公義嘅。林保怡講咗一句係全套戲嘅中心，亦都感觸到我。
「你永遠唔明有種自己係包袱嘅感覺」。我相信呢句係佢真心話嚟，亦都解釋到點解老細話搵人頂佢嘅時候，佢會發好大啤氣話「有邊個夠我明白老人家」。先唔講性侵嘅問題，因為我唔信佢會方便性侵走去開老人院咁白癡。
正正佢明白老人家感受，所以可以允許推老人家出天台沖涼嘅行為。所以佢知道由老人家要住老人院，老人家覺得自己係包袱嘅開始，佢哋已經係冇尊嚴可言。亦都解釋到點解女主角搞到呢單上庭黃哂之後，啲老人家會選擇blame the victim怪女主角多事，搞到佢哋瞓街。呢度唔單純係覺得瞓街係問題，而係佢哋連最後可以等老死，唔想被人覺得係包袱嘅地方都冇埋。最惨唔係食過期燒賣，被人推出天台沖涼咁冇尊嚴，而係連自己接受自己係冇尊嚴嘅自由都冇埋。
4星係比導演嗰份對公義不滿嘅控訴及林保怡嘅演出
至於劇情確實有點牽強！一間本身存在各種不可告人秘密嘅老人院舍貿貿然接受一個突然認親嘅人幫手做院舍義工，情理上院舍絕不可能會接受除非係想秘密公諸於世！
整套戲太過著墨於佘香凝反而 忽略其他可有發揮嘅演員，本來可有多條穩固嘅根基變成獨立樁柱令電影失去左立體化。
驚喜嘅係林保怡嘅演出雖然戲份不多但至小可以令電影之中出現另一個支撐嘅演員，修哥 姜大衛，作為綠葉亦不能擦出火花， 刻畫寶珮如究竟係邪定係正用非常手法對待院友係迫於無奈還係本質邪惡？最後院舍被迫解散寶珮如用兇狠嘅眼神望佘香凝究竟想代表乜嘢？係佘令至各院友冇家可歸定係佘破壞左虐待為樂嘅院舍？答案要自己諗！
但電影故事的確可令人深思除非迫不得已否則做人兒女嘅一定要盡最大可能令老人家留起身邊照顧令他們安享晚年。
導演好嘢！真心鍾意呢啲港産片
不過睇完個心真係好沉重，好無奈……
要真相？定要生存？
一套看完使我感到日光之下，是無新事的電影。
女主角余香凝努力揭開謀利殘虐智障私營老人院的內幕，自己對母親的冷漠，令人婉惜，母親有女兒等於無女兒，電影中她說辦完自殺老爺的身後事，回鄉終老。
